The Ultimate Bacon Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Combine potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour dressing ingredients onto potato mixture and gently mix until combined.
  5. Chill for at least an hour. Enjoy!!!
