Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Dice onion and green pepper.
  2. Using oil, saute on medium heat until onion is golden.
  3. Add hamburger and brown.
  4. Place all remaining ingredients in a casserole dish with the hamburger mixture.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
