Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix garlic powder, salt, and pepper with taco seasoning and sprinkle over both sides of chicken pieces. Pour taco or enchilada sauce on top of each piece. Mix butter, mayo and cheese together. Spread 1/4 mix on each breast, gently spreading almost to the edges. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake for 20-30 minutes, uncovered, or until juices run clear.
