Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp white wine instead of teriyaki and honey

Directions:

  1. On medium heat cook and stir onions in the butter and oil until half their volume ..
  2. Then stir in the honey and teriyaki,over low heat and cook and stir till onions are tender and most of liquid is evaporated.
  3. Onions will be almost caramelized
  4. Serve over steak or the wine version over pasta.
