  1. Preheat oven to350. Pulse wafers and pine nuts in food processor till well ground up. Add the butter and blend until evenly mixed. Set aside 1/4c of crumbs;press the rest evenly into 9x13 baking pan. Bake till golden brown,15 to 18 mins.. Cool
  2. In medium bowl,thoroughly whisk together the tequila,lime juice,egg yolks and condensed milk.
  3. In another medium bowl,beat egg whites and sugar with electric mixer till they hold soft peaks. Gently fold the egg whitws into the tequila mixture. Spread filling evenly over crust and bake 25 mins.;cool. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Chill in frig 2 hours or overnight. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  4. For extra punch,top bars wit tequila-spiked whipped cream.
