Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip-top, heavy-duty plastic bag; shake well.
  2. Add chicken; seal and refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  4. Add butter and lime rind; toss well and keep warm.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add chicken, and cook 10-15 minutes or until done, turning once.
  8. Remove chicken, and set aside.
  9. Add garlic to skillet and cook, stirring until lightly browned.
  10. Add salsa, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  11. Arrange pasta and chicken on plates; top with salsa mixture.
