Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 (230 g) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan and gently cook the garlic.
  2. Add meat and stir till brown.
  3. Stir in some salt, chilli and cummin.
  4. Add water and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste and sugar cook for 15 minutes longer.
  6. Add red kidney beans heat well.
