Taco Time Crisp Bean Burritos Copycat

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 2 tbsp onions, minced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Put 2-3 T. of beans on the end of a tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with a little cheese and onions (if using).
  5. Roll up starting at the end with filling.
  6. Fry in oil for 15 seconds per side.
  7. Place on baking sheet
  8. Repeat until all burritos are rolled up on pan.
  9. Bake for 5-7 minute.
  10. Burritos can be put in a freezer bag before baking and frozen for future use.
