Ingredients:

  • 1 2lb ground beef...,1 8tsp chili powder...,1 8tsp cayenne pepper...,3tbsp salsa...,1(15oz)can dark red kidney beans,drained,rinsed....,1(4oz)can diced mild chiles,undrained....,3cups of shredded lettuce....,1medium tomatoe chopped...,11 2cup shredded cheddar cheese...

Directions:

  1. Heat large non stick skillet over medium heat till hot....,add meat;cook til no longer pink...,add chili powder,red pepper,salsa,beans,&chiles..,cook til thoroughly heated,stirring occaisonly...,in large bowl,combine lettuce,tomatoe;toss.spoon lettuce mixture into 5salad bowls.top each with hot beef mixture...,sprinkle with cheese...,serve with salsa...enjoy!
