Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, chicken, cheese, jalopeno, and taco seasoning.
  2. Place about 1/3 cupful down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up and place the seam side down in a greased 11x7 baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve with taco sauce, and sour cream if desired.
