Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Combine sugar and milk powder; add to melted margarine.
  3. Put mixture in a blender. Add boiling water and blend until smooth and thick.
  4. Make 1 1/2 cups.
