Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut wrappers in half diagonally, creating triangles. Place on prepared baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
  2. Brush wonton with egg and sprinkle evenly with sugar.
  3. Bake in preheated (475*) oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool on pan or wire rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
