Sweet Treat Tortillas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Banana Slice
  2. 4 large plain tortilla
  3. Cream cheese
  4. Jam or preserves
  5. 4 bananas
  6. Spread each tortilla with some cream cheese and top each with a tablespoon of your favorite jam or preserve. Place a whole peeled banana on the edge of your tortilla and roll it up completely. Slice your wrap into one inch pieces and enjoy your sweet treat. Use sugar free preserves to keep it diabitic friendly or low in sugar. Use low fat cream cheese to eliminate some of the fat content as well.
  7. Nutty Sweet Slice
  8. Mix a bit of brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the cream cheese. Spread 4 tortillas with the mixture. Sprinkle some chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans and sprinkle a few berries such as chopped strawberries, raspberries or blueberries and drizzle with a touch of honey. Roll up the tortilla and slice into one inch pieces. Enjoy.
  9. If you would like to make them crispy you can bake the slices til golden brown and let cool. They need to be eaten within the day or they will go soggy.
