Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg,add the milk.
  2. Cream together the butter,flour& sugar.
  3. Add this to the egg mixture.
  4. Cook on top of double boiler,until it thickens.
  5. Stir constantly!
  6. Let cool,then stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour into the shell.
  8. Spread the whipped cream over pie.
