Ingredients:

  • 3 dashes paprika
  • 3 dashes ginger
  • 3 dashes curry
  • 3 dashes red peppers
  • 3 dashes sea salt
  • 3 dashes black pepper
  • 3 dashes cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Chop sweet potatoes into wedges. Spray with butter flavored non stick spray. Sprinkle with each spice to taste. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
