Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32-oz) container canola oil
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • paper towels

Directions:

  1. Place oil in large saucepan. Preheat on high 10-12 minutes, or until oil reaches 350 degrees.
  2. Peel potatoes and slice in half then into 1/4-inch strips lengthwise.
  3. Using tongs, place potatoes in oil.
  4. Fry 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Place paper towels in medium mixing bowl.
  6. Using slotted spoon, remove potatoes and place in bowl with paper towels.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and toss to coat.
