Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1-1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanuts

Directions:

  1. * In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar, peanut butter and corn syrup.
  2. * Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. * Take off heat quickly and add rice krispies and peanuts.
  4. * Press into a greased 8"x8" pan and prepare icing
  5. * Cream the butter and blend in the cocoa, hot water and vanilla.
  6. * Add the icing sugar slowly and beat until creamy.
