Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring the fennel seeds and water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer ,reducing the liquid to 4 cups for a milder tea (beat for children)and to 3 cups for a stronger one.
  3. Add the honey,stir to dissolve,and let steep a few minutes until it is cool enough to drink.
