Sweet Cheesey Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Split squash in half lengthwise, and clean out seeds.
  3. Place squash cut side down in a baking pan with about 2 1/2 of water.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes, adding water as needed to pan.
  5. Remove sqaush from pan and empty any water left in it.
  6. Replace squash in the pan cut side up, and shred the sqash with a fork.
  7. Leave the shredded spaghetti in the shell.
  8. Add enough brown sugar to cover all the squash.
  9. Dot the squash with butter and cover the tops with the cheddar.
  10. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted and the sugar bubbles through a bit.
  11. Serve.
