Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4-6 tblsp liquor (i've used raspberry flavored, strawberry flavored, orange flavored, hazelnut flavored, coffee flavored, and amaretto, but it can be any flavor that goes well with chocolate, such as banana, cherry or mint)

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, boil the milk.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a blender and puree as much as possible.
  3. Pour boiling milk into the blender, and liquefy. (The boiling milk cooks the eggs)
  4. Pour mousse either into a large bowl or individual serving dishes and chill overnight.
