Ingredients:

  • 8 (3 oz) packages orange jell-o
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 lbs grated carrots
  • 2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple

Directions:

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, then add cold water,.
  2. Carrots and pineapple. Makes 1 steam table pan. Serves 45.
