Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 oz) boxes orange jell-o
  • 1/2 cup vodka or 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Directions:

  1. Add boiling water to jello in a large bowl and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in vodka (or water). Stir in Cool Whip and orange zest until completely incorporated. Pourinto an 8-in square pan.
  2. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into small pices and garnish each with a small piece of orange zest.
