Sunny's Hard Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
  • 1 lemon (optional)
  • 1 lime (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a simmer. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Fill a large pitcher with ice.
  3. Stir in sugar mixture, vodka, and juice. If desired, slice lemon and/or lime into rings about 1/4 inch thick and add to pitcher.
