Sundried Tomato Toasts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice Baguette into 1/3 inch rounds
  2. Place on a foil lined cookies sheet an bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes (keep an eye on these as they may brown fast depening on your oven).
  3. Flip them over and continue baking for approximately another 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven
  5. While your are baking the baguette -
  6. Melt Butter in a sauce pan.
  7. Add Garlic and parsley to mixture.
  8. When toasts are ready place a Sun Dried Tomato on top of each toast (add two or more if your would like!!!)
  9. Spoon on butter mixture to each toast and top with parmesan cheese.
  10. Return to toasts to oven on broil and watch very closely. When cheese is melted remove from oven and cool on rack.
  11. Serve with glazed balsamic vinegar! They go quickly!!!!! You can double or triple this recipe very easily.
