Ingredients:

  • 1 package active dry yeasy
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.Add oil, flour, salt and sugar.Mix well and cover.Let the dough stand for at least 8 hours or over night in a bowl.Turn out (pull out the dough from the counter) onto a floured board (or on the table and or even the counter) and knead lightly.Roll 1/2 .Cut into Rolls.Place on an greased cookie sheet.Let it rise for 4 to 6 fours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
