Summy Wummys Famous Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cp parm cheese ( the real stuff)

Directions:

  1. Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking tray with foil
  3. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave just until soft
  4. Peel and press the garlic
  5. Stir the garlic into the softened butter
  6. With a brush or spoon spread the garlic butter over each half of the loaf of bread
  7. Sprinkle the parmesean evenly over the top
  8. Bake in the oven until the garlic bread is golden-brown on top and crispy on the outside (10 to 15mins)
