Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients besides water and brussle sprouts in crockpot
  2. Add enough water to cover ham hock
  3. Let cook on low for 4 hrs on high
  4. 45 minutes befor serving remove ham hock and add brussle sprouts
  5. You could cook this on the stove if you wanted in about fourty five minutes
