Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butter (sofened, not melted)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth, beat eggs and vanilla inches Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until combined, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oven when ready to 350. Roll the dough to desired thickness. cook between 9-11 minute depending on thickness (golden brown bottom's, top may still look undone - ) cool on parchment paper. Frost with desired frosting - .
