Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. While you are waiting for the water to boil, cut the sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, turnip and potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Put all the vegetables in the water once it is boiling, and cook until tender.
  4. When a knife inserted into one of the pieces goes in easily, the vegetables are ready to mash.
  5. Drain the water from the vegetables.
  6. Mash the vegetables thoroughly.
  7. Stir in the Promise, and milk as needed to get the desired texture.
  8. Add salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices you desire to taste.
  9. Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, it's ready to serve!
