Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.
  2. Chop onion and celery.
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium high.
  4. Saute onion and celery for about 10 minutes, until the celery is translucent.
  5. Add the parsley and continue to saute for one or two more minutes.
  6. Add white wine and allow it to reduce in the pan with the onions, celery and parsley.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Add chicken broth and stir enough to allow the bread to soak it up.
  9. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a buttered 9x11 glass pan.
  10. If there is any butter left over from buttering the pan, just break it up and put it in with the stuffing.
  11. Put the pan in an oven at 375 degrees F.
  12. Bake covered for 25 minutes and then remove the cover and bake for another 25 minutes.
