Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cap and clean seeds from peppers using gloves and wash.
  2. Stuff peppers with sausage (a little time consuming, but worth it).
  3. Place peppers in a pot.
  4. Cover with water.
  5. Add vinegar.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Lower the heat to medium
  8. Cook the stuffed peppers until tender (approximately 1 hour).
  9. Drain and put in serving dish as an appetizer, or reserve the broth and serve with rice.
