Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut top off tomato (as you would do when carving a pumpkin)
  2. Hollow out tomatoes
  3. Mix ingredients together well
  4. Stuff mixture into tomatoes
  5. Replace lids
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 mins
  7. (this mix also makes enough to stuff 1 lg zucchini)
