Ingredients:

  • 12 celery ribs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese , gorgonzola if available
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese, blue cheese and cour cream in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of walnuts.
  4. Fill the celery with the mixture.
  5. Chill before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.
