Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Puree strawberries, pineapple juice, banana and water until smooth.
  2. Press through a fine sieve into a medium bowl.
  3. Discard solids remaining in sieve.
  4. Cover; refrigerate until cold or overnight.
  5. Stir strawberry mixture.
  6. Transfer to an ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Enjoy!
