Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare crust by rubbing bottom and sides of can with margarine.press crumbs into place with additonal crumbs on bottom.
  2. Chill while preparing the batter.
  3. BATTER:.
  4. Soften gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir to completely dissolve.
  6. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar, blend well.Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  7. Divide evenly into 4 cans and chill till firm.
  8. Invert onto sauer and then onto serving plate.
  9. Crumb side down.
  10. Garnish with fresh strawberry.
  11. NOTE* SOMETIMES I DIP STRAWBERRY IN CHOCOLATE BEFORE PRESENTING ON TOP.
