Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Puree strawberries and combine with sugar. Let stand 2 hours.
  2. Add water and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Freeze as directed by the ice cream maker's manufacturer's instructions.
