Strawberry Daquiri Cake

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz container of strawberries thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of rum extract
  • 2 tsp of strawberry liquid (reserved from frozen berries)
  • 2 tsp of rum extract
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mix, berries, lemon juice, eggs and extract
  2. Pour into greased bundt cake pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  4. Let cake cool, then invert onto plate
  5. Mixes strawberries and lemon juice with extract and add powdered sugar until desired consistency.
  6. Drizzle over cake
