Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 (10 oz) packages sliced strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Mix strawberries, eggs and oil.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Stir carefully.
  5. Put batter in 2 greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour. Insert toothpick in middle of bread; if it comes out clean bread is done.
  7. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
