Strawberries and Watercress on Wheat Crackers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, marmelade and watercress; mix well.
  2. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Cut each strawverry in half lengthwise.
  4. Refrigerate berries until serving time.
  5. Just before serving, spoon rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  6. Top each with strawberry half, cut side down; press gently into cheese mixture.
