  1. In a small saucepan, combine milk and sugar substitute. Whisk over medium heat until foamy and steaming (do not boil). Slowly pour into mugs. Pour coffee through the foam. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
