Stove Top Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate milk (we like wawa brand, a local chain)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Grate chocolate into mixture, make a well.
  3. Mix in chocolate milk with wisk.
  4. Heat on a low medium for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly until desired thickness is reached.
  5. Pour quickly into two small ramekins or bowls, try not to scrape the sides too much or you'll get small chunks in the middle of the pudding.
  6. Chill or eat warm.
