Chocolate Blender Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except butter and vanilla and process on high until smooth.
  2. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until boil stage.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook two more minutes while continuing to stir.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
  5. Chill until firm.
