Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except jam) until well blended.
  2. Spray a bunt pan with cooking spray and spread mixture in pan.
  3. Chill one hour (or over night)
  4. Dip the bottom of the bunt pan in hot water and turn onto a serving platter. Put a dish of the strawberry preserves in the middle and . . .
  5. . . .erve with whole wheat crackers and preserves. Great for parties!
  6. The strawberry preserves sound strange but are really a great compliment to the cheese! Go ahead try it - don't be afraid!
