Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put chicken in large pot with water.
  2. Add next 7 ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, skimming surface if necessary.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.
  5. Mix dumpling ingredients together until just moistened.
  6. Bring chicken to a slow boil.
  7. Drop dumplings by tablespoons onto chicken.
  8. Cover and cook 12 minutes.
