Ingredients:

  • 4 cup. water
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 medium onion

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredient to crockpot. Cook high for 4-5 hrs. Serve without broth along with mashed potatoes or shred chicken and eat as a soup. (broth limited, may decrease serving sizes)
