Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190.C.
  2. Place sliced eggs, tomato and tuna in layers in a buttered casserole or ovenproof dish.
  3. Melt butter & saute mushrooms before adding to the casserole.
  4. Mix together all other ingredients except cheese and pour over the casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Cook in a moderately hot oven 190.C for 30-40 mins or until mixture is set. Turn up heat for last 5 mins to crisp to cheese top.
  6. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
