Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Steam fish for 8 minutes till just flakes.
  2. Heat oil till smokes.
  3. Top fish with cilantro and ginger.
  4. Pour oil over fish anre serve.
