Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cups squash, sliced
  2. Small onion, diced
  3. I TB green pepper diced
  4. Cup flour
  5. /2 c milk
  6. Egg slightly beaten
  7. TB salad oil
  8. TB sugar
  9. Salad oil for frying
  10. Combine sqyash, onion and green pepper in a medium saucepan, add water to cover. Cook until tender (You can also do this in the microwave). Drain well. Add next 5 ingrediants, mixing well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into deep, hot oil. Yield: 10-12 patties Makes alot
