Spicy Lemon Shirmp Lollipops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, hot pepper sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and salt.
  2. Pour into large resealable bag.
  3. Add shrimp and chill overnight, turning bag several times.
  4. Drain and remove shrimp from marinade.
  5. Skewer two shrimp onto each skewer.
  6. Arrange on a leaf lettuce lined platter.
  7. Serve with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
