Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp garum masala
  • dollop of yogurt (yogurt leaves a tart edge on your tastebuds) or cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablesppon oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Mix first five ingredients
  2. Mix wet ingredients into dry mix.
  3. Heat frying pan with oil.
  4. Pour half the batter evenly over the pan and add the apple slices. evenly. Add the other half of the batter over the apples..
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 3 mins one side
  6. Turn over and cook for another 3 mins..
